Médoc
by
Louis Larmat, Paris, 1949
The Médoc is north of the town of Bordeaux, on the left bank of the Gironde.
It is divided in two parts: Haut-Médoc is the southern portion and the part traditionally
called Médoc
lies to the north. Wines from Médoc are a medium-colored red. Fine and elegant,
they are often tannic when young but harmonious and splendid when matured.
Matted and gallery-wrapped in archival materials. (Partial mat shown for easier viewing.)
