Diego Rivera
Originally from Mexico, Diego Rivera emigrated to the United States . His mural at Rockefeller Center, with it's sympathetic portrait of Lenin, caused an international uproar when it was destroyed. Later, from the original sketch, Rivera repainted the mural at the Palacio Nacional de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
