Thomas McCormick
Tom McCormick, the owner of a great art gallery in Chicago was my earliest mentor in the art business. I owe a great debt to Tom for his patience in teaching me about fineart prints and paintings. I recently purchased a collection of prints he made while an art student at the University of Kansas, 1974-1977, I believe. The quality, as you can see, is extraordinary. He gave up making art to sell art. I wonder what he could have achieved if he had continued as a print-maker. - David Spivey
