Copy has tan buckram spine and hinges, paper-over-boards with a handsome illustrated pastedown of the Nelson home. Copy contains numerous photographs of the Rockhill neighborhood in Kansas City. This volume was published by Rockhill Nelson's estate just after his death in 1915. This copy has been housed in its original monogram envelope since its publication.
